POLICIES

  • Each booking requires the minimum non-refundable deposit of $100. This deposit must be sent within 24 hours of the appointment confirmation.

  • To reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled time; otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited.

    *One reschedule per booking, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.*

  • Each tattoo is eligible for a free touch up within 3 months after the appointment date (unless specified otherwise). Thereafter, it will be the cost of the shop minimum.

    If you no-show your touch up appointment with no notice and want to reschedule, there will be a charge for the new booking.

    *One reschedule per touch up within 48hours of appointment date*

    *No free touch up’s for hands, or feet*

  • Due to the high volumes of lates and no shows, I have implemented a late policy:

    30 minutes late will result in the appointment being canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.

    No shows will result in the deposit being forfeited.

    • Expiration: All gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue.

    • Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • Transferable: Gift cards may be transferred to another person but cannot be resold.

    • Booking: Gift cards must be presented at the time of your appointment to be redeemed.

    • Lost or Stolen Cards: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.
